用友T+13.0 同步凭证 出现错误 Object

用友畅捷通T+的T+总账中碰到如下问题:

T+13.0 同步凭证 出现错误 Object reference not

具体问题现象如下:

2019/4/16 14:35:37 [错误] 凭证;凭证类别:一处凭证;编号:00095;日期:2015-01-31
错误原因:Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

2019/4/16 14:35:37 [错误] 凭证;凭证类别:一处凭证;编号:00096;日期:2015-01-31
错误原因:Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

您好,检查下是否更新最新补丁,备份数据后更新软件最新补丁,点击服务器电脑的开始菜单—所有程序—T+—数据库配置程序,打开之后点击确定进行配置,然后点击开始菜单—所有程序—T+—工具箱—T+服务管理器,打开之后全选服务重新启动,清除缓存后重新登录。
